I write this post with sadness at the hearing of Whitney Houston's passing. Her voice and music is the soundtrack of my youth, in fact her song, "The Greatest Love of All" was our class graduation song in the 6th grade. When I hear it, it still brings a tear to my eye thinking back to that time, now it has even more of a symbolic meaning with her death.
I look forward to hearing the tribute tomorrow at the Grammy's, with Jennifer Hudson and Chaka Khan singing. Both women are amazing and will do an excellent job. Although, no one can sing Whitney better than her.
Rest in Peace, Whitney. You are loved and missed.
